This piece makes my rack more versatile. I’m all about motion and activity. This adds to the activities that can be done in my gym. It’s very sturdy. I’m confident that it can handle any weighted ball my wife or I can throw at it.

Man, this thing is heavy duty! I was surprised how heavy it is. Appears to be built out of the same 11 gauge steel as the racks. I guess this makes sense if you are going to be throwing 20 or 30 pound balls at it all day long. Great piece of equipment!
