Is REP now in the UK?

Yes! REP is now in the UK, bringing all our top gym gear and support closer to you.

what is the rep UK pre-order offer?

Pre-order is our exclusive launch offer. During October you can save 15% on our full range. Pre-orders will be dispatched in January 2026 see T&Cs here.

Why is REP UK pricing different from the US?

We’re all about value, and we’re working hard to keep our prices as close to US pricing as possible. Local taxes (like VAT), import costs and currency rates make a difference, but we’re making sure you get the best deal we can offer!

Will UK website prices include VAT?

Yes! We believe in keeping things as simple and transparent as possible, so all our UK website prices will include VAT. No surprises at checkout.

Will there be a launch event or special promotions?

How will warranties be handled?

We’re committed to having your back! Our UK warranties will align with REP’s global standards, supported by our local team. If you’ve bought through Fitness Superstore, no worries - we’re taking care of you!

Will there be pick-up discounts at the Gloucester location?

Yes! Just like our California and Pennsylvania sites, we’ll be offering pick-up discounts for customers who collect their orders from our Gloucester location in 2026. Saving on delivery and scoring great gear? Win-win!

Can I get a personalised home gym design service?

Not at the moment but we are working on offering this service for the future! Once up and running, we plan to help you build the ultimate setup. Our design consultation service will help you create a space that’s tailored to your goals - whether you’re training for strength, aesthetics or endurance.

How do I sign up to be a UK athlete/ affiliate?

We’re building a powerhouse community of strength enthusiasts and athletes to represent REP UK! Keep an eye on our social channels for announcements and get ready to join the team.

What happens if I bought a REP product from Fitness Superstore?

No worries! All existing warranties, service agreements, and post-purchase support for REP equipment purchased through Fitness Superstore will transfer seamlessly to REP Fitness UK. You’ll continue to receive the same great service from our new UK team.

DELIVERY FAQs

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Pre-order delivery is limited to mainland Britain. We do not deliver to UK islands or BFPO addresses at the moment. We plan to expand and hope to cover more places in the future.

Pre-orders are free of charge. After launch, the free delivery threshold for orders is £75. Below £75, delivery is £4.99 per order.

what should I plan before for my Delivery?

Check your delivery access, floor strength and available space to ensure a smooth setup for your new REP equipment. Some items are large and heavy, so we recommend having someone to help carry.

What Needs Planning After Delivery?

A delivered full rack with plates can weigh over 500 kg, so check your flooring strength - especially for upstairs setups. Use rubber mats to protect your floor and reduce noise and plan your layout to spread weight evenly across your space.

After our pre-order launch, you can visit the order confirmation page by clicking the link in your order confirmation email.

DO YOU PARTIAL DELIVER ORDERS?

We always try to ship all products in one order whenever possible. If this is not possible due to the size or number of items in an order, you will be notified.

Will REP’s newest products also be available in the UK?

We’ve got big plans! New gear will be dropping throughout 2026. Keep your eyes peeled and follow our socials for sneak peeks and early announcements - you won’t want to miss out!

Are specifications for UK products different from the US?

You’re getting the real deal - the same high-quality, innovative products that have made REP famous in the US. Plus, we’re working on KG versions of all our fan favourites like the Pepin's, Ares 2.0, Athena, Adonis, and Arcadia/Arcadia Max. Any slight variations will be clearly outlined but expect the same top-notch quality!

Where can I physically see REP products?

Our new HQ at Junction 12 of the M5 in Gloucester will be the hub of our UK operations, complete with a full showroom and gym. You’ll get hands-on with our equipment and see why REP is taking the UK by storm! We’re also working with local distributors to give you more ways to experience our gear.
