30-Day Returns Policy
REP Fitness stands behind the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you find the product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30-days from date of delivery for a refund.

How to Make a Return ▼
Making a return with REP is hassle free and easy:
- First contact us at support.uk@repfitness.com with your order number and reason for returning.
- We will email you a Return Delivery Label.
- Please print out the Return Delivery Label and securely attach to the package you are returning.
Full Refund ▼
All items returned complete, unused, and in their original condition and packaging will receive a full refund.
All items are inspected when returned. A refund will be paid back into the same account from which the original payment was received. We are unable to issue refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods for security and fraud prevention reasons.
The return value of an item purchased using a promotional code or bought under a promotional offer shall be the applicable return value less the promotional code discount.
Refund Eligibility ▼
Any item that is incomplete, used, damaged or not in its original packaging may be denied a full or partial refund.
An example of an 'incomplete' return is an item returned without the hardware with which it was delivered.
Restocking Fee ▼
There may be a discretionary 25% restocking fee for any item that is used and not in its original condition, not returned in its original packaging or returned incomplete.

Any restocking fee that is deducted from your refund will be notified to you prior to us approving the return and making a refund.
Returns Charge ▼
The customer is responsible for all arrangements and charges incurred when returning an item.
We recommend you use a carrier with a tracked service when making a return to ensure peace of mind.
Refund Processing ▼
Once received by our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed and inspected.
Once processed, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method and account used to purchase the returned item. Allow 2–3 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note, some banks and payment provider may take time processing your refund.
Clearance and Sale Items ▼
All clearance and sale items are sold on an ‘as-is’ basis and are not covered by any warranty.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, nor your 14-day cooling-off period when you order online (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
Faulty or Incorrect Item ▼
In accordance with your consumer rights, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a faulty or incorrectly supplied item by us.
If you received a faulty or incorrectly supplied item in your order, or if the order was damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately via email at support.uk@repfitness.com or phone us using our toll free number 033 174 6806.
In the email, include your name, order number, description of the issue, and any photos or videos you can provide.
While uncommon, we always try to resolve any damaged or incorrect item issues as quickly as possible.
In addition to providing you with a repair, replacement, or refund, we may at our own discretion enquire if you wish to retain the faulty or incorrect item in addition to being provided with a replacement.
Apparel Returns and Cancellations ▼
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
All returns must be authorised in advance please contact us to obtain a return authorisation before sending any items back.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging and tags.
Clearance items are sold as final sale and “as is”. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or warranty.
Refunds
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow 3–5 working days for it to be processed.
After processing, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. It may take a further 24–48 hours to appear in your account.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@repfitness.com with “CANCEL” in the subject line, or contact us via our Contact Us page.
We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order has entered the fulfilment process, we are unable to cancel or amend it.
Delivery and Exchanges ▼
Delivery
REP Fitness is pleased to offer free delivery on all online orders.
Exchanging Order Items
Unfortunately, once we begin to fulfil your order we cannot exchange an item in the order during fulfilment. Instead, please cancel your order and place a new order.
Cooling-Off Period and Delivery Charges ▼
If you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, you must notify us in writing (for example, by email).
We will provide a full refund including the standard delivery charge paid at the time of purchase. Premium delivery services are non-refundable.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost.
We recommend checking installation space and access prior to ordering as some products are large and heavy.
