Add installation to your order

Select Professional Installation when completing your order. The £1,200 fee (inc VAT) is added to your basket. Your equipment is held — not picked or dispatched — until installation is arranged.

Our team reviews your order

Our retail sales manager reviews your order and location and contacts an approved installation partner in your area to check availability.

Pre-install survey sent to you

You'll be asked to complete a short survey covering room dimensions, access details, and any obstacles. This takes around 15 minutes and ensures the team arrives fully prepared.

Installation date confirmed

Once your survey is received and a team is confirmed, your installation date is booked. Your equipment is scheduled for warehouse collection and you receive full confirmation with the team's details.

The two-man team collects your order from our warehouse, arrives at the agreed time, completes the full build, and removes all packaging before leaving.

Sign-off & follow-up

You'll receive a satisfaction survey confirming the job is complete to standard. Any concerns are escalated directly to our retail sales manager.

Approved installation partners

REP Fitness Professional Installation is fulfilled by an approved network of independent installation companies. These partners are vetted by REP Fitness, hold appropriate public liability insurance, and operate under a formal service agreement that sets the standards we expect on every job.

REP Fitness acts as the coordinator of this service and remains your point of contact for any concerns before, during, or after your installation. The installation team is not employed by REP Fitness.

Data & Privacy — In order to arrange your installation, your name, delivery address, and order details will be shared with the appointed installation partner. This is done solely to fulfil your installation and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR obligations. Your data will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted by the partner upon job completion.

What does the £1,200 cover?+
The flat rate covers a two-man team for a full working day. This includes collecting your equipment from our warehouse, transporting it to your address, completing the rack build, assembling compatible accessories where time allows, and removing all packaging at the end of the day.
What if the build takes longer than one day?+
The pre-install survey is designed to scope out the job in advance so all parties know what to expect. If we believe your install may take longer or need additional manpower we will call you directly to talk through bespoke options.
How quickly can installation be booked?+
Installation is typically scheduled within 5 to 15 working days of your order, depending on your location and installer availability. We'll be in touch within one working day of your order to start the process.
What areas are covered?+
We work with approved partners across the UK. Coverage is confirmed after your order is placed. In the rare event no team is available in your area, we will contact you and arrange a full refund of the installation fee.
Why is this carried out by a third party?+
We work with a vetted network of professional installation companies who specialise in gym equipment builds. Each partner has been approved by REP Fitness and operates under a formal service agreement covering quality standards, insurance requirements, and data handling. REP Fitness remains your point of contact throughout.
Are the installation team insured?+
Yes. All approved partners are required to hold valid public liability insurance as a condition of working with us. We verify this annually as part of our partner review process.
Why do I need to complete a survey first?+
The pre-install survey ensures the team knows exactly what they're walking into — room dimensions, wall and floor types, access routes, and any site-specific considerations. This avoids delays on the day and allows the team to bring any specialist fixings they need in advance.
What do I need to prepare on the day?+
The room should be empty and clear before the team arrives. You or a nominated adult must be present throughout. Any access details — parking, building entry, narrow doorways — should be confirmed in your survey in advance.
What happens to my data?+
Your name, address, and order details are shared with the appointed installation partner solely to complete your installation — in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR obligations. Your data will not be used for marketing or any other purpose, and will be deleted by the partner once the job is complete.
Can I cancel or reschedule?+
You can request to reschedule at least 5 working days before your confirmed date by contacting our team. Cancellation after a date is confirmed may be subject to a fee. Please refer to our full terms and conditions.
What if something goes wrong on the day?+
Contact our retail sales manager directly with any concerns. All issues are logged and investigated. The post-installation satisfaction survey helps us monitor quality across all partners and any genuine shortfall will be addressed.
