At REP Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our equipment. If something isn’t right due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.

What Our Warranty Covers ▼

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

If your product does not perform as expected due to a defect, REP Fitness UK will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

  • Applies to the original purchaser only
  • Is non-transferable
  • Covers defects in materials, functionality, and workmanship
What the Warranty Does Not Cover ▼
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Improper storage (including storing equipment outdoors)
  • Lack of proper maintenance
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Compatibility issues caused by using third-party equipment with REP products
Examples of Use Not Covered by Warranty ▼

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Dropping barbells onto benches, boxes, spotter arms, or rack pins
  • Repeated dropping with insufficient or damaged bumper plates
  • Heavy dropping of iron plates
  • Dropping equipment onto hard surfaces such as concrete
  • Any use outside the product’s intended purpose

Damage caused by these types of use may void warranty coverage.

Lifetime Warranty ▼

Products marked with Lifetime Warranty* are covered against defects in materials, functionality, and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

Lifetime warranty refers to the reasonable service life of the product under normal use, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

  • Applies to the original purchaser only
  • Does not cover normal wear and tear
  • Does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modification
  • Does not replace routine maintenance (such as cleaning or lubricating barbells)

Lifetime coverage ends if a product becomes unusable due to factors unrelated to manufacturing defects.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items ▼

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.

Clear Coat Finish Note

Clear Coat finishes are designed to showcase the natural steel beneath the coating. Small cosmetic marks or variations (typically around 1–10 mm) may occasionally be visible. These are normal characteristics of the finish and do not affect the strength, safety, or performance of the product.
