If, for any reason, your product's performance is compromised due to defects in material or workmanship, we want the chance to make it right. We stand behind our high-quality products and will work diligently to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

Warranty Coverage

If your product does not perform as expected due to defects in materials or workmanship, UK REP Fitness will work to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.

Warranty Non-Coverage

Warranted products may be replaced or repaired at UK REP Fitness’ discretion. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, improper storage (e.g. including but not limited to storing outside), maintenance, or misuse/ mishandling. Modifying or repairing a product outside of REP may void the warranty. REP cannot guarantee compatibility with other companies’ products; using third-party items in combination with REP products may affect warranty coverage.

Examples of Misuse 

Include abusive dropping of bars (e.g. including but not limited to onto a box, bench, spotter arms, or rack pins), excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, dropping iron plates heavily, or dropping onto hard surfaces such as concrete, and/or similar non-intended usage.

UK REP Fitness warrants all products marked with an asterisk above against defects in materials, functionality, and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty covers only defects, and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Coverage applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, routine maintenance (such as cleaning or lubrication of barbells), or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modification.

Please Note: Lifetime warranty coverage ends when a product is no longer functional due to factors unrelated to material or workmanship defects. Customers retain all statutory rights to repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.

Except as required by UK law, this warranty sets out our commitments regarding defects in materials, workmanship, and functionality. Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods. Any additional warranties, whether express or implied, are limited to the extent permitted by law, but cannot reduce or remove your statutory rights.

Faulty or incorrect Item

In accordance with your consumer rights, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a faulty or incorrectly supplied item by us. If you received a faulty or incorrectly supplied item in your order, or if the order was damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately via email at support.uk@repfitness.com 

In the email, include your name, order number, description of the issue, and any photos or videos you can provide of the faulty or incorrectly supplied item. While uncommon, we always try to resolve any damaged or incorrect item issues as quickly as possible. 

In addition to providing you with a repair, replacement, or refund for a faulty or incorrect item, we may - at our own discretion - enquire if you wish to retain the faulty or incorrect item in addition to being provided with a replacement.
