DELIVERY

Standard Delivery

All orders qualify for free tracked delivery irrespective of product weight or type. Free delivery normally takes 2 to 3 days with curb side drop-off unless otherwise agreed. 

Delivery is limited to the UK excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands and BFPO. We plan to expand delivery to all addresses in the near future. For our full Terms and Conditions see here.

We will email a notification when your order is accepted and dispatched from our warehouse. You will also receive a tracking number for the order in the email.

Delivery Process

Smaller items are delivered with UPS Ground Shipment. Delivery is typically to front-door or the closest accessible entrance. The option to instead select an alternative safe place for delivery may be available.

Orders with larger heavy items are delivered on pallets curb-side.

Tracking

All orders, are tracked to ensure you can properly prepare for delivery of your order. From the moment your order is dispatched you’ll be notified by email. You will also be emailed a tracking link, so you can plan accordingly.

Pre-Order Delivery

We occasionally make new products available on Pre-order. Dispatch dates for pre-order items will be notified on the product page. Please always carefully check the dispatch date before placing your order. Due to circumstances beyond our control, a pre-order dispatch date may be delayed without prior notice. 

Full Order Delivery

We always try to deliver all items in an order together whenever possible. If this is not possible due to the size or number of items in an order, you will be notified.

Curb Side Delivery

Delivery of large heavy items is curb-side, or if you live in a house with a driveway, the beginning of the driveway. Some items are large and heavy, so we recommend you ensure ahead of time there is sufficient space for delivery of the items and even have someone to help carry if you have ordered heavy equipment.

Smaller items are delivered with UPS Ground Shipment. Delivery is typically to front-door.

Adding Order Items

Once an order has been placed, you will need to put in a new order if you wish to add items. The new items will be dispatched as a separate order with its own delivery notifications.

Exchanging Ordered Items 

If an order has been placed and you wish to exchange an item for another item, you will need to return the original ordered items and place a new order.

Delivery Address Change

Unless permitted by your carrier, it is not possible to change delivery address once your order is on-route.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We can’t accept responsibility for incorrect addresses or missed scheduled drop-offs.

Order Redirect Fee

In the event of an incorrect address or missed scheduled drop-off, we reserve the right to charge a fee to redirect the order back to our warehouse. The fee may be deducted from any refund due. The fee does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act.
