REP Fitness Price Adjustment Policy
At REP, we're committed to offering high-quality equipment at fair and consistent prices. We understand that pricing can sometimes shift, and we want to make sure you feel confident about your purchase.
If you notice a price drop on a product you purchased from uk.repfitness.com or eu.repfitness.com or a REP Showroom within 14 days of your order date, you may be eligible for a one-time price adjustment. We'll refund the difference in price upon request.
How to Request a Price Adjustment:
- Contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of your purchase.
- Provide your order number and reference to the item with the lower price.
- If eligible, we'll process a refund for the price difference to your original form of payment.
A few things to note:
- This policy applies to orders placed online through virtual appointments, and those made in REP retail showrooms.
- Adjustments are based on the final sale price, including any promotional pricing.
- Items must be identical (same model, size, configuration, etc.) and in stock.
- We do not honour price adjustments for clearance items or those sold by third-party retailers or resellers.
- Price adjustments are offered by REP as a consumer courtesy and in the gesture of good will. REP reserves the right to refuse price adjustments, cap the maximum number of price adjustments allowed per customer, and/or cancel or modify these terms at any time.
