The Rep Fitness multi grip pullup bar is great. Solid build. I welded the PR 400 into this outdoor pullup station i built. I put the bar at 8 feet. This is perfect for dead hang pullups and is the perfect hight for gym rings and TRX suspension trainers.

I bought a rack that came with the globe pull up bar. It felt great on the hands but sat to low to use the rack for an overhead press. So I replace it for this mutigrip bar. It's work so much better, give more room to use the front and it feels just as good as the globe on your hands.
