This ankle cuff is made sturdy and with some thought. It’s perfect for around the ankles and above the knees for hip abductions. The 2-D-Rings come in handy when doing hip abductions as they are easily located on each side which allows for a pretty quick change from inner to outer. The velcro strap holds tight with no slippage. A must have for anyone wanting a safer way to work your legs.
