Upgradeable Weight Stack
The 200lbs weight stack operates at a 1:1 ratio which means that 10lbs feels like 10lbs. The stack can be upgraded to 300lbs. -

A matte black powder coated lat pulldown bar and straight low row bar are included. You can also use a wide variety of our other cable attachments. -
Conversion Kit
If you already own the Plate Loaded Lat Pulldown and Low Row, you can purchase the conversion kit to upgrade without having to repurchase a full unit. -

The integrated band pegs on the base and headplate provide the option to create added resistance with bands. -

I purchased this as an addition to my REP 5000 rack along with REP's Athena selectorized weight stacks.
EVERYTHING has lived up to REP'S high standards. Although both of these items were aftermarket products they work as if they were planned into the original rack system.
The cables are as smooth as a dedicated functional trainer and the entire system allows for easy transition from exercise to exercise. (Taking away one of my previous excuses for not completing a routine--not sure that was so good;)
I have used this system for about six months and I would highly recommed it to anyone looking for a heavy duty training solution. I particularly appreciate that this equipment allows me to workout when ever time permits without needing to get dressed for the gym.

Works as expected. The low row is a little limited for seated rows because it’s so low but other than that the whole setup is great. Love the heavy stack. Lat pulldown is excellent.

This lat pull down is very professional and very solid. It was very simple to assemble and is very sturdy. Feels very premium, does not wiggle or jiggle or feel cheap, feels quality. I’ve had it for a year now and I use it 3 times a week and no sign of wear. It tracks very smooth. I use all kind of attachments, it does everything. Well worth the price .
