We've been listening closely to feedback since launching our loyalty programme earlier this year, and we believe we can offer you something even better: straightforward savings you don't have to wait to build up, rather than points that accumulate over time.

That's why we've introduced our tiered discounts, automatically applied at checkout once you hit a spend threshold — no points balance to track, no waiting.

As a result, we'll be closing this loyalty programme. If you're a Founders Club member, your membership isn't affected and will continue as normal.

If you have points sitting in your account:

• You have until 30th October 2026 to convert your points into a money-off voucher, as per the current loyalty terms & conditions.
• Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date they're issued, so you'll have plenty of time to use them.
• Any points not converted by 30th October 2026 will expire.

We're grateful for your support of the loyalty programme so far, and we look forward to continuing to reward you through our tiered discounts, the upcoming local pick-up discount, and Founders Club.
