I bought 3 bars advertised as 20” or 22” - all were shorter than advertised and too narrow for certain exercises. The length, handle diameter, and knurling are exactly what I was looking for.

This bar replaced one of those solid steel bars with the outer rubber grips and the quality is much better. The knurling offers much better grip than what is offered by the rubber grips on other bars. Overall, a great buy for the money.

First of all the knurling is throughout the bar which just makes it better under grip. The quality is solid and there is some heft to it. Foam grips and plastic grips be damned !
