FAQ
I want to take advantage of a discount, but I'm worried a better one will come along. Should I wait for a better deal?
This is our biggest sale of the year, so now's the time to shop.
Can I combine a discount code with a Black November or Cyber Monday deal?
No. Online discount codes can't be used between 02/11/2026 and 01/12/2026. Clearance items are also excluded from all offers.
I've just bought a REP product and now it's on sale. Can I get a refund of the difference?
If you notice a price drop on a product you purchased within 14 days of your order date, you may be eligible for a one-time price adjustment. Please see our REP UK Pricing Policy for further details.
Do Black November and Cyber Monday discounts also apply to showroom purchases?
Showroom sales in the UK will be eligible for an additional 10% off, but all other discounts won't be applied.
