    This leg extension leg curl is better than any I have used in commercial gyms. I am delighted to have it as part of my home gym. The ability to have 3 different methods of resistance is amazing. Love this piece of equipment.

    High quality and high cost. It's a game changer for my home gym.

    Nothing beats a good leg extension and curl for pump and finisher after squats. This one works as well as you could want. Build quality is great. Price to get a bench and the attachment is pretty high but the build quality to justify it is definitely there.

    Fantastic Attachment

    In my honest opinion the people that are complaining about this thing are gym Karens. This thing does exactly what it’s supposed to and it does it well. Is it as easy as going to a gym and sitting down on a $5000 machine…no. But for an at home attachment at this price point I find it impressive. Very well built and despite what some people are saying it literally takes 30 seconds to set up. I have included a video to prove it and I wasn’t even in a hurry. If you want to add an attachment like this to your home setup don’t hesitate with this purchase. The cable attachment works exactly as it should.

    Great

    Well made. Feels very stable. Easy to attach to bench and cable system. Not too heavy to move or slide into position when paired with bench.

    Allows for full range of motion for extensions and curls. (I’m 5’10”). Using cable attachment you will have resistance through out movement. Using free weights, at the top of the arch you will lose a little.
