I have limited space in my basement, and I was so excited when the Arcadia was released. I have had it since April 2024 and I have nothing but great things to say about it. It is solidly built. I added the upgraded weight stacks. It came very well packaged and was fairly easy to put together, even by myself. I use it multiple times per day. The multigrip pull up bar is extremely versatile. My kids have even taken an interest in wanting to work out with it. It really helps with providing constant tension and is very smooth.

This is a very high-quality piece of equipment - very functional, perfect for my home gym. Smooth operation. Relatively easy to assemble. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

I currently own two Rep benches and I’ve had an entire basement full of a squat rack, barbells, and bumpers from a competitor, but at age 52 and after multiple injuries I finally accepted that my muscles are currently much stronger than my joints and connective tissue. I sold all aforementioned equipment in favor of the Rep Arcadia, which opens up my entire basement space and fits into a corner (and drop ceiling) like a glove. I’ve since enjoyed the buttery-smooth action while I exercise literally every muscle in my body in a safe and controlled fashion, taking 10 seconds for setup in between exercises as opposed to 10 minutes setting up a safe incline bench press for example. Best part is my wife can also use it, and we can even use it simultaneously if we want. I waited for years for a functional trainer short enough to fit into a drop ceiling basement, and Rep delivered! Every day I look forward to my sessions and becoming the most shredded old man I know. :) Don’t hesitate, just pull the trigger! It’s even better than you hope it is. There are tons of FT attachments you can use for it as well.
